We take pride in supplying quality products and it is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express via our secure online order form only. Credit cards are verified for your protection. Alternatively, you can phone your order to The Soccer Shop: 07 847 1171
Pricing
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Back-Ordered Items
If an Item is not available you will be notified by email and given the option of backordering the item or changing your order. If you do no wish to backorder or select an alternative product, your purchase will be refunded.
Incorrect item received
If the goods supplied are incorrect to what you ordered. The Soccer Shop will re-supply the correct order freight paid and will arrange the return freight on the incorrect item.
Incorrect size ordered
The Soccer Shop will exchange goods that do not fit and will supply an alternative size. If an alternative size is not available, you will be offered an alternative style in the correct size. If you do not want the alternative style you will be refunded the cost of the product only, any freight incurred will not be refunded. Return freight costs are your responsibility so please be sure to select sizes carefully. No refunds will be given until the item is returned in original condition with labels intact, and in original packaging where applicable.
Sale Items
No returns on sales item. All sales are final.
Security
The Soccer Shop uses secure server software. All information including your name, address and credit card number are encrypted for your protection. All information remains confidential on the internet using our security system.
Privacy Mailing Lists
The Soccer Shop will not sell or distribute customer information to any third party or organisation.
Cookies
It will not be possible to utilise the shopping cart system if your browser rejects cookies. Cookies are used to track what's in your shopping cart.

Returns Policy
We take pride in supplying quality products and it is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, your purchase can be returned for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Items are returned within 7 days of purchase

Items are returned freight paid

Items are returned new and unused, complete with all packing and product labels intact and undamaged. The Soccer Shop may decline return of, or impose a repair charge on, any item in an un-saleable condition due to product or packaging damage

The Soccer Shop cannot accept the return of items which have been specifically ordered for you or manufactured to your specification

Please include your name, address, phone numbers and proof of purchase or receipt. This will allow us to process your request promptly.
- Sale/Discounted items purchased are not able to be returned if they do not fit.
Please allow up to 7 working days following receipt of your refund for your funds to be processed.

New Zealand deliveries are shipped by Courier Post, delivery times 1-3 working days, please allow an extra 2 days for delivery for rural deliveries. You will be sent a tracking number with all purchases once product has been dispatched. www.courierpost.co.nz/default.htm
International deliveries are shipped by Global Logistics in partnership with TNT, please allow 5-10 working days for processing and delivery. International orders may incur local import duty tax, any taxes due on ordered products are the responcibility of the purchaser.
