We do our very best to make sure our images are as close to the exact product as possible, but cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact match. If it is important that the product be exact, it is highly recommended that you order a sample first, before placing the order.

The Soccer Shop Gift cards are valid for a period of six months and can be used instore or online. Loyalty vouchers are valid for a period of two months.

Extremely large items (such as goals) are not eligible for gift-wrapping and in the event of order we'll contact you to discuss prior to providing a refund.
NO REFUNDS on returns made for sale/outlet products. A store credit will be made available based on the reason for return.
If an item is not available you will be notified by email and given the option of backordering the item or changing your order. If you do not wish to backorder or select an alternative product, your purchase will be refunded.
The Soccer Shop does not directly exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order. Return freight costs are your responsibility so please be sure to select sizes carefully.
No refunds will be given until the item is returned in original condition with labels intact, and in original packaging where applicable.

If the goods supplied are incorrect to what you ordered The Soccer Shop will re-supply the correct order freight paid and will arrange the return freight on the incorrect item.

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
