If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may be entitled to a refund. To request a refund, please read through and follow the steps laid out below to help us process the request as quickly as possible.
To request a refund you must follow the Request a Returns Code process.
NO REFUNDS on returns made for sale/outlet products. A store credit will be made available based on the reason for return.
Any product(s) that has been personalised will NOT be accepted for return unless the product is deemed faulty.
PLEASE NOTE: Items received without a returns code will not be accepted.
Returns Request Form
- Before you return an item, you must complete our returns request form which is available using the button below.
- Provided that your request meets the return criteria, a Returns Code will be issued to you by email, usually within 48hrs.
- Return items should be packed into the original packaging, and all the labels/hangtags still attached. A return address will be provided with your Returns Code. (Postage/courier costs are non-refundable.)
- Only items with a valid Returns Code will be accepted for return.
Following these instructions will help to get your funds back into your account as soon as possible.
The returns process must be initiated within 21 days of purchase; (unless it is related to a materials/workmanship failure).
The Soccer Shop does not directly exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order.
- A separate Returns Code is required for each order number.
- We are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order.
- The item must be unworn and in its original condition with tags still attached.
- We operate a 3 month warranty on footwear and returns are only accepted based on materials and workmanship failure. Wear and tear from use is not considerable for return and subsequently items falling into this category may require manufacturer inspection resulting in up to an additional 21 days processing.
- Package your item(s) in the original postage packaging. If you don't have the original packaging, any plastic bag is fine as long as it is not see-through and provides sufficient protection to the product.
- Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.
- We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned product(s). Once the return has been approved, it takes 1-2 days for the refund to be made to your original method of payment.
